Kristen - Baumholder Army Post, Germany: This site has helped so much. 2 months ago,I weighed 265 pounds,I couldnt keep up with my kids(ages 3 and 4), and could barely walk up the 2 flights of stairs to get to my home. My life was miserable. The first time, I had to cut it off at 5 min during the hi/lo video. It took me 3 sessions to finish it. I just kept trying, and 2 weeks ago, my friends could see some improvement, in my body, and my mind, and invited me to the gym. I would've NEVER stepped in a gym before, but now I've made some great friends and had some awesome workouts, and I do ReachFitness TV on the days I cant get out there. Anonymous: It must be my lucky day. I am so glad that I've found a fitness website that provides free workout videos. I just finished one of your cardio workouts and I really enjoyed it. I'm a 22 year old, overweight, woman. I hit a very stressful and depressing time in my life, as far as my weight, and a few days ago I woke up and decided that it was time for me to get my life back on track. I have a 2 year old son and I've realized that it's time for me to stop using him as an excuse for my rapid weight gain. Before my son I was an active member at Bally's, with a personal trainer, and maintained an all around nice figure. Now that I do have a kid, I no longer can afford to go to the gym or pay high membership fees to lose weight. Now that I've discovered ReachFitness.tv, I will start a well rounded 3 day a week fitness plan. The good thing about this new found discovery is that I don't have to leave my home to get in shape.
