If you have trouble viewing the online fitness
videos, read the following.
- The streaming fitness videos are best viewed
through a broadband, hi-speed internet connection. You must
be able to achieve the 300 kbps required of the video, or
the video will play poorly or choppy.
- If you find the video is playing poorly,
try the Progressive Download link available on some pages
(the video will take a little longer to load). If the video
is still not performing well, pause the video and wait a few
minutes for the video to load before playing.
- Make sure you have the latest version of
Windows
Media Player. Note, however, that version 11 may cause
the video to distort in non-Internet Explorer browsers. If
you are using Mozilla Firefox, for example, you may want to
install version
10.
- Make sure you have the latest version of
Javascript
installed because the video player pages have Javascript in
their code.
- Mac users can also try downloading the Safari
browser if you are getting a blank video screen with other
browsers.
- If the video appears distorted, try viewing
in full screen mode by right-clicking on the video screen
and selecting Zoom>Full Screen from the menu that appears.
- Since some browsers interpret web pages differently,
you may want to try using the latest version of Internet
Explorer to ensure the best viewing experience.
- Be sure you aren't running other programs
that could be slowing down your computer or your internet
connection.
How do I access the full videos?
You must become a member of ReachFitness.tv
in order to view full videos. You can register for a Partial
Membership for free and access several videos in our library
that are marked with
.
A Full Membership is $5 per month, paid monthly, which grants
you access to our growing library of over 100 fitness videos.

I signed up for the free Partial Membership,
but I can't access the free videos!
Have you logged in? After registration, log
in with your username and password here
or through the Sign In link at the top left of any page and
you should be able to access the free videos. Some browsers
ask you to log in again when you try to access the video.
I just registered for the Full Membership,
but I can't access the full videos yet. Why?
Accounts do become active immediately
upon completion of payment. That said, depending on your browser
settings, you may need to close and re-open your browser or restart
your computer in order to log in and refresh your membership settings.
