These videos are recommended for older
adults to build/maintain cardiovascular endurance, spine and
neck mobility, back health, balance and overall fitness. Note,
however, that just because you may be over 50, you're not limited
to these videos, but these are general recommendations of interest
and benefit for the average older adult. The Hi-Lo series in the
Cardio section and most of the Strength videos are adaptable for
different needs and fitness goals so feel free to try other videos
if you like, or start with these if you are just getting into
fitness.
