Founder
of ReachFitness.tv, Rob wanted to bring his Reach Beyond Yourself
philosophy to those outside of his fitness classes when he developed
this site. The
key to this philosophy is "understanding that your body, your
environment, and your circumstances do not define your limitations
- you do. Your success, therefore, depends upon your ability to
acknowledge your perceived limitations and reach beyond them."
Rob trains private clients and teaches several group fitness classes
in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
